Life can get difficult and sometimes we find ourselves wondering how to get my life together. I believe that is the first step is to acknowledge that things need to be realigned and then we can refocus.
The meaning of getting your life together is simply realizing things aren’t going well. Maybe you’re doing all the things you need, but you’re exhausted and there’s no way you can keep this up day to day. Perhaps, things aren’t getting done and as a result, an area in your life is suffering. Areas in your life can range from health, finances, relationships, to self-confidence.
I’ve seen the advice on how to get your life together in a week. Personally, I don’t believe this can happen, but I do think you can make great strides in evaluating what’s working, what’s not working, and where you want to focus on in a week.

Stop comparing yourself to others
It’s so easy to think that others don’t have the problems we’re dealing with. Everyone is dealing with issues.
The thing is, we see what people want us to see.
When we see Instagram pictures of nice clean rooms, we don’t know what’s in the next room or piled up behind the camera. And there may be houses that are clean everywhere, but everyone is different and focus on other things.
Some people may be buying new things or traveling all the time, but we don’t know if they’re struggling with debt or family issues.

Find your purpose
What is it that makes you feel happy and gives you peace? If you don’t know, you’ll have to do some reflection of your joys, stress, and pain in your life. You’ll need to unplug for a while from social media to be able to be present in the moment without the extra “noise”.

You’re not going to be perfect, none of us are. So strive for moving forward and making progress in your life.
Stop the negative talk
We’re our worst enemy. We wouldn’t talk to others the way that we internally talk to ourselves.
Realize when you’re doing this and work to rewrite those scripts into positive things.
Believe in yourself
You can do anything that you want to do. It’s possible by believing in yourself.
