What are 5 things that you’ve accomplished within the last year?

You may not be right where you want to be, but some things will have progress.

Perhaps you started:
a budget
meal planning
drinking more water
spending more quality time with your family
paid off some debt

We’re looking for progress, not perfection.

We can wait…….take your time and think of them now.

Congratulations!!! You should be very proud of your accomplishments!

The ways to celebrate are endless and there’s something for every budget.

Go to dinner and take a night off from cooking and cleaning up the kitchen.

Pamper yourself with getting a manicure or pedicure.

While those things may not be in the budget, consider these ways to celebrate.

read a book
meet up with friends
take time for your hobby
do your own manicure or pedicure
watch movies at home – redbox, cable, tv
play cards, do wordfinds or crossword puzzles
jigsaw puzzles
paint or draw

What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.     – Zig Ziglar

You’ve accomplished a lot. You may have been scared to do something and did it anyway.

Learn from what worked and what did not work.

Part of accomplishments is knowing what did not work.

We get so focused on always moving forward, dealing with our journey that we forget to reflect on the accomplishments we’ve made along the path. Identify 5 things you’ve shown progress in or accomplished within the last year. Now celebrate as you should be proud!
